The 1st Annual National High School BBQ Association National Championship - THE SLAB.  Congratulations on joining this learning experience and PROJECT BASTE LEARNING online BBQ Competition. We hope you enjoy the process as much as we do and for now I think it is time for you to invite your judges to COME EAT YOUR HOMEWORK! when you are officially registered. Competition brackets will be selected and announced March 2nd.

Your school and team(s) will be assigned another State, High School BBQ Team, and teacher to compete against head to head based on our rules and judging rubrics. Your competitive school teacher and yourself will collaborate to select a date and time mutually agreed upon to compete.

All score results, Project Artifacts, Video, and documentation due April 29th 2021.
