The National High School BBQ Association® (NHSBBQA®) maintains a standardized Institutional Acronym Registry to ensure clarity, consistency, and governance across all educational, competition, and technology systems.

This registry defines the official terminology used within NHSBBQA®, Project BASTE Learning™, LIVE FIRE LEARNING LAB™, and PITMSTR™.

All affiliated schools, state associations, partners, sponsors, and media outlets are expected to reference these definitions accurately.

The national governing body for middle school and high school barbecue education and competition programs in the United States.
