COME EAT OUR HOMEWORK! SUMMER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. Are you a teacher that wants to start a BBQ team, club, learn how to fundraise, or host an event?  Looking for a different Professional Development in Texas BBQ Country and 30 minutes from Canton Market, MEAT Church, and Texas Monthly BM Barbecue.

Join us this summer for our first High School BBQ Bootcamp (and Middle School). Learn how to bring this unique learning experience to your school and community, become a backyard pitmaster, learn to make sausage, We will cook all five categories, everything you would need to know to start a team, begin a BBQ Club, run and event, and be a Judge all rolled into a M.E.A.Tastic vacation deep in the heart of Texas. 
Make new friends, get tips and recipes for the classroom, and walk away confident you can create a fundraising machine for your District, CTSO, class, or club.

We call it PROJECT BASTE (based) Learning. Join our High School BBQ Family, the National High School BBQ Association and your State HSBBQ Association and get first year Team Charter with your participation and Professional Development all rolled into one barbecue.
